- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Recent changes have rendered this practice's front office essentially useless. The staff is rude on a regular basis and frequently makes mistakes. They are inconsiderate with the time of their patients. My whole family has been going to this practice for years, and now, are forced to find another practice. This decision is not made lightly because the procedure is time-consuming. This is how bad this practice is at handling their patients. When Dr. Surowitz changed to concierge medicine early 2016, everything fell apart. Do not waste your time with the inconsiderate front office staff.November 21, 2017by stephanie wheeler
